Esoteric Healing

This practice is a compelling way of working with the energetic architecture of the human being and actuating wellness in the body, mind, and spirit. "EH" works with the subtle energy that surrounds and permeates all living beings.
"EH" works with the subtle energy that surrounds and permeates all living beings. This unseen energy serves as the scaffolding for our physical body. Within it, seven major energy centers produce chakras, or energy vortices, which inform and vitalize our entire physiology. Chakras are comprised of the energy fields of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. The state of our nervous system, endocrine system and internal organ system is a reflection of the state of this subtle energy system. In a healthy person, harmony, balance and integration exisit within these fields; in a state of dis-ease, congestion, rigidity and dissonance are found. The journey of Esoteric Healing is, in many ways, the journey toward self-discovery. ​


This program's curriculum offers a comprehensive understanding of the chakra system and its relationship to the physical apparatus, a complete overview of meditation and its importance in the development of the intuitive and co-creative mind, and extensive training in the application of energy healing protocols. It is our objective to teach you how to apply Esoteric Healing as an integrative practice within your home, clinical space, consulting room, or any variety of treatment situation.


This training is presented in four successive courses, each one is a full immersion into esoteric studies, energetic anatomy, human physiology and psychology, and specific energy healing techniques. Each program builds upon the last. Sessions include lectures, discussion, practical instruction and group meditation. Throughout the coursework, emphasis is placed on developing the faculty to sense subtle energy and balance energy points between major and minor chakras. Successful completion of all four parts will total 120 -125 hours of coursework and application, including over 100 energy balancing protocols.


Training in Esoteric Healing complements and reinforces both Western & Eastern medical treatment modalities. It supports people living an integrated life, which expresses as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. This energy healing method addresses and treats the root cause of disease, often found in the subtle energy system.

Martha Henry-MacDonald

Hello, my name is Martha Henry-MacDonald and I am delighted to be a founder of the School of Integrated Consciousness! Integrating forty years of training, teaching and hands-on experience as a physical therapist has fostered a deep respect for the complexities of the human being and the application of allopathic and esoteric methods of healing. This, combined with thirty years of deep immersion into the subtle aspects and fields of healing, science, esoteric studies, psychology, and meditation, I bring a unique integrated approach to bridging heart, mind, science and spirit to support the awakening of human consciousness, healing, and inspiring a culture of heart. In addition to my clinical practice and international teaching on many topics including Esoteric Healing, I am a coordinator and teacher trainer for the International Network for Energy Healing (INEH). Steve Kramer

After more than a decade of exploring subtle energy healing as a patient, Steve became a practitioner in 2007. He completed basic and advanced curriculum through the International Network for Energy Healing (INEH) and the National Association for Esoteric Healing (NAEH). He is a certified practitioner (CPEH) through NAEH, and a certified Esoteric Healing teacher through INEH.

Steve resides in Vermont where he is the President of the Board of Directors of Spirit Fire, an educational non-profit focused on fostering spirituality and educating people on the importance of consciousness in everyday life. He oversees the organization's meditation program, the Practice of Living Awareness; he is also a trained instructor of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) through the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Steve co-founded the School for Integrated Consciousness with Martha Henry-MacDonald, where he teaches esoteric studies.
